I mean, I know that this is kind of beside the point, but like... the citizens of Gaza are in a permanent state of stress, to the point where psychologists don't even like to use the term "post-traumatic stress disorder" because that would imply that the traumatic part isn't ongoing and hasn't been ongoing for decades; more than that, they're malnourished and have been for years, leading to a huge amount of stunting and wasting in children. And on top of THAT, it needs hardly be remarked that the Israeli government keeps bombing their fucking schools and hospitals! And then you turn around and say "These people that we've been keeping stressed and underfed and poor and uneducated for decades have a low IQ; These people whose movement we tightly control and basically keep in an open air prison tend to marry people who are relatively closely related to them." Well fuck you, you fascist bastard, I wonder who made them that way!
